Had an amazing experience here thanks to Nathan and Mark. They were incredibly helpful and took the time to properly diagnose the issue with my phone. Instead of just rushing through it, they were super detailed and methodical. They explained exactly why the fault happened, what the fix would be.

My 8TB external hard drive was damaged. I contacted Secure Data Recovery Services In Liverpool. They were extremely helpful and professional. They agreed with my preliminary diagnosis that it was a mechanical failure, and therefore it would need to be examined in their special "clean environment" lab in London. Secure Data Recovery Services send me an email with a label to print out for delivery to their London lab free of charge. After they received the drive it was examined and Secure Data Recovery Services telephoned me to discuss it. They said the preliminary examination indicated a possible broken read head and they would need to open the drive up to make a more detailed diagnosis. They said that it was unlikely they could recover all the data, but it was likely they could recover most of it.They went ahead and opened the drive and emailed me with a full report and a quote. Then they telephoned to discuss it with me. I decided not to go ahead because I had almost all the data backed up in my Google Drive account, and I didn''t think it was worth the cost to possibly recover some of the data not yet backed up to the cloud. Secure Data Recovery Services did not pressure me into going ahead. Instead they made it very easy and they sent my hard drive back to me free of charge.I have been truly amazed at the highly professional and helpful staff and the overall slick process for handling my hard drive. I highly recommend Secure Data Recovery Services as the best place to start when recovering data on a hard drive.
